Animal Care Technician
Shannon was born and raised in Wheaton, Illinois and moved to Florida in 1973. She attended Seminole State for Business Management and Marketing Management. She is a Certified Training Partner for Karen Prior Academy KPA CTP and is a Fear Free Certified Veterinary Professional FFVP and Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional CFVP. Before joining us at Lake Emma Animal Hospital, Shannon was a long time client of Dr. Dee’s for over 20 plus years. Shannon’s husband of over 35 years and her daughter both share her love for animals, they currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats. Shannon’s hobbies include dog training, competition dog sports including dock diving, barn hunt, obedience, rally and conformation. She also enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for many local and national charitable organizations, going to concerts and photography, our employee pictures are courtesy of Shannon.
